Wall Framing

Wall framing supports windows and doors. Wiring is done in wall framing. Both wooden and steel wall studs are used for framing. Windows have a single or double sill across the base. Studs are eliminated for windows and doors and header spans the top of the opening. Conventional house walls have an inner wooden framework which may support part of the house. But it will support wall coverings, windows and doors.
