Steel magnate Lakshmi N. Mittal, a non-resident Indian and the richest Asian in United Kingdom, has bought a house in central London for £70 million at the esteemed Kensington Palace Gardens, near the official residence of Indian High Commission. The costliest mansion has twelve bed rooms with a garage space for 20 cars. According to a report, this house is likely to be acknowledged into Guinness Book of Records as the most expensive mansion. The previous record was from Hong Kong, where a house was sold for £62.7 million in 1997.
