World House News Monday, March 10, 2008 Mittal Buys Costliest House Steel magnate Lakshmi N. Mittal, a non-resident Indian and the richest Asian in United Kingdom, has bought a house in central London for £70 million at the esteemed Kensington Palace Gardens, near the official residence of Indian High Commission. The costliest mansion has twelve bed rooms with a garage space for 20 cars. According to a report, this house is likely to be acknowledged into Guinness Book of Records as the most expensive mansion.
