House prices destroys village life

Many families will still be priced out of homes in the countryside even in property crash, according to new research warning that traditional village life is now at risk of dying out. Young couples are forced to move away from the country to buy houses, turning villages into virtual ghettos of the rich and elderly without families needed to keep schools and shops alive. We protect villages from any development because people want to be able to buy a little house that will still have a view of green fields in 20 years. The national housing federation research will be conducted in april. after six months of consecutive house price falls, it suggests the housing market could be headed for a crash bad enough to cripple existing homeowners but without solving problems of buyers in rural middle england.
